Purpose Statement
The Health Law Section addresses legal issues related to health care including medical malpractice, health care provider regulation and health insurance. The section co-publishes its newsletter with the N.C. Society of Health Care Attorneys. The section, with more than 400 members, sponsors CLE programs and services, and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the N.C. General Assembly.
